Mr. Trump tweeted sometime today about being all alone on Christmas Eve tweeting messages to promote his America first agenda. He was being humorous when he did it, but as you watch the Swamp Creatures in that gigantic, corrupt ooze that we refer to as Washington, I really wonder if Mr. Trump realizes just how alone he really is in that bucket of political slime.
There is almost no one in Washington that wants to see his agenda, work out, even though it will benefit the average American. Most of the Washington slime balls hate Trump so much they would gladly trash the country and its people just to take Trump down--and this includes lots of our "elected" representatives--which fact amply demonstrates that they don't really care about their constituents back home. We only exist to pay their fat salaries and make sure, with those fat-cat salaries, they have enough time to work at subverting the country.
The Demoncrats have already shown us that they will do anything to promote open borders and deep six real border security. Their total allegiance is to the Deep State--the CFR/Trilateral/Bilderberg cabal and the military/industrial warmongers. These are their gods and these are who they serve and worship, along with lots of lying Republicans.
The real friends Trump has in Washington consist of a couple senators, a handful of House members and maybe some in the military that can't say or do much of anything without fear of being punished. Mr. Trump has people in his own family circle that support the agenda of his adversaries--like the Bible says--"A man's foes shall be they of his own house."
I hope Mr. Trump, at this point, realizes just how alone with his agenda he really is. If he does, I pray that he will seriously ask for and seek Divine Guidance as to just what he needs to do to defeat those that are trying to take him down.
Mr. Trump, like all of us, is a flawed human being and needs the Lord's help to do what he needs to do. I can understand Rand Paul's statement, made several months ago, where he said he wakes up every morning and thanks God we got Trump instead of St. Hillary for president. Had we gotten her, the country, for all intents and purposes, would be gone by now.
Maybe we should all do the same--thank God we got Trump when we really, for our sins, deserved Hillary! And maybe we should start praying that the Lord will guide and help Mr. Trump to know how he ought to proceed and that the Lord will give him some patriotic people who will help him promote his agenda instead of these leftist neo-cons who get into important positions and then use them to destroy the country.
I just read an article on Breitbart this afternoon where James (the truthful one) Comey made the statement that "There's no deep state." Here's a worthy individual who has been caught lying under oath how many times, and he sits there with a smug smirk on his puss and blithely informs us that the deep state does not exist! Does he really think we are all that stupid? Or is he so used to prevarication that he doesn't give a tinker's damn? Anyone believing this guy or any of his buddies that are all part of the Deep State, deserves to be fooled! He's about as honest as Honest Abe was.
Let's face it, the American people have been getting lied to for over 150 years now. Maybe its time we woke up, got our kids out of those brain laundries we call public schools and quit believing the fake news media and started finding our for ourselves what's really going on. I guarantee, if you are willing to do that you won't like what you find.

The Desire For Total Control

It goes way, way back. Check out the Tower of Babel in the Book of Genesis in the Old Testament. Man wanted to reach to Heaven by his own efforts, to be God, as it were. If you read the Genesis account you see that he didn't quite make it. However, that has not stopped his efforts in that direction for centuries and they continue to this day.
The Caesars controlled the Roman Empire, which was all of southern Europe, the eastern Mediterranean area, and much of North Africa; the known world at that time. Caesar (depending on which one) was a benevolent dictator. You could have whatever religious beliefs you wanted to--as long as you recognized Caesar as Lord. The Christians wouldn't, couldn't, do that, hence Caesar would not have total control--and that was where their problems began. For them, Jesus the Christ was Lord, not Caesar. When Caesar tried to force the issue, and a lot of Christians died, it was the beginning of the end for Rome.
For us in this country, it goes back to the British Empire. King Henry started the Church of England, a.k.a. the Anglican, or, in this country, the Episcopal Church. Henry wanted everyone to worship the way he thought was right, although there was more to it than that. This resulted in the Pilgrims, separatists by belief, leaving England and coming to America so they would not be under the king's control in their worship.
And, as time passed, the children of the Pilgrims and Puritans had major problems with King George over taxes on tea and other things, and finally, at Lexington and Concord, King George discovered that he did not have the total control he craved. The "Divine Right of Kings" was, in the final analysis, only their desire to control all in their realms. In the end, it did not work out. Not that some of what replaced them has been much better in many instances!
But the quest for control continued on (as it still does in our day)! Our ULN-civil war was really not about freeing the slaves; it was, in the end, about controlling the whole country. Lincoln didn't want a country "half slave and half free"--he wanted it, politically, ALL slave. And he accomplished this--more than 80 years after our Declaration of Independence and the victory over King George. One way he sought to control it was with a heavy tariff, beneficial only to the North, which the South ended up paying most of. But that is another story.
Fact is, Lincoln sought (to commend and promote Union troops) many openly socialistic men as officers; men who had failed in their 1848 efforts to coerce the German populace and others into swallowing their Marxist/socialist ideas in Europe. Having failed in Europe they naturally matriculated to the US, where they could then force their brand of total control on an unsuspecting American populace--starting in the South.
You have to ask the question; did some of these guys induce some of the atrocities committed by Sherman and Sheridan in their wanton destruction of many of the wonderful homes/plantations in the South, along with all the other property they destroyed. One author called Sherman's men in South Carolina "A legion of devils." An apt description! But these were the same tactics used by Hitler and Stalin.
Friends, that is Communism (Marxism)--control by force and destruction. In your minds it may seem far fetched or absurd, but think about this: Is taking over the Communications Commission what the Marxists are doing by forcing local radio and television stations to be controlled by the "already fake news" outlets? Is this one more way to control what is supposed to be an entity for the expression of our free speech (First Amendment Rights)? The FCC has out-stepped its bounds by allowing this to happen.
In fact, you might ask the question--"Who owns the airwaves--the FCC or God?" If the answer is God, then possibly the FCC should think about shutting its doors and sending its people home.We don't expect that to happen, though, because for the bureaucrats the agenda is always control. Little by little, so no one notices, their intention is always control!

Real Life Slavery Today Not Nearly As Important As Taking Down Confederate Monuments

Many of us have observed, with growing indignation, as the seemingly insane (but actually well-planned and coordinated) campaign to tear down Confederate monuments here in the South proceeds. In fact, it is proceeding so smoothly that you have to recognize none of this is "spontaneous" and it is working like a well-oiled machine--paid for by whose money? Anyone need three guesses? Didn't think so. This has now expanded to where the Hard Left wants to remove all manner of monuments to people, either because they were slave owners or because they were white, or because they treated "indigenous" peoples badly, or for whatever cockamamie reason they can come up with. I wonder, through this planned insanity, how many statues of Ulysses S. Grant will come down, or maybe there's a monument somewhere to some black person that was a slave owner, and there were blacks that were slave owners you know.
These Hard-core Leftists profess a growing concern for a slavery that ended in this country 150 years ago. And they want to display their growing concern over this slavery that ended a century and a half ago here by trashing our society, our history, and our culture. Actually what they are really doing is using this now extinct slavery issue as an excuse to practice their favorite form of cultural genocide against white Southerners, because the managed "news" media has let it be known that it's open season on white Southern folks, and you can do whatever you want to them and get by with it. Do this stuff to anyone else and you might wind up with jail time for a "hate" crime, but, hey, these are only white crackers, so you can do what you want to them--and then, if they fight back to defend themselves, they are committing a hate crime.
Those that know me know that I do more than a bit of scrounging around on the internet in search of historical material that the Establishment would just as soon not see spread too far and wide. They feel the less known the better--nothing to see here folks, just move along--while we enact our plans to cut your cultural throats!
Just a few days ago I found an interesting article from the LA Times, by a Robyn Dixon, originally printed back in October of 2013. The title of her article was Slavery Still Haunts Africa, where millions remain captive." I'm surprised this got printed. Dixon noted that "African countries dominate a new global index on slavery, with 38 of the 50 nations where the scourge is at its worst found on the continent. The Global Slavery Index, released Thursday, estimated that nearly 30 million people remain enslaved globally, millions of whom are in Africa. Mauritania has the poorest record, with some 150,000 in a population of 3.8 million held captive...Other African countries with particularly high prevalence of slavery are located in West Africa: Benin, Ivory Coast, Gambia and Senegal."
Dixon noted the several different categories that constitute some form of slavery, all the way from debt bondage to forced labor, to the sale or exploitation of children for "profit, sex, or the thrill of domination." An anti-slavery organization called the Walk Free Foundation provided some of this information. Dixon noted that "In Mauritania, as many as 20% of the population is enslaved...Slavery in Mauritania goes back generations and is deeply entrenched..." even though the country has banned it. Obviously there was lots more to Dixon's article, but you get the idea.
So my question is: if the Leftist crowd in this country is so very concerned about the slavery issue, why don't some of their groups get together and see what they can do to alleviate the current situation in Africa, where slavery is a real-life, everyday situation even today? Seems to me that if they were truly concerned they would act to deal with something still going on today and do what they could to alleviate the slavery situation that exists in their own lifetime. Surely they could find some way to help out couldn't they???
Well, if they bothered to check it out they probably could, but you see, the truth is, that in spite of all their pious rhetoric, the Leftists don't really give a tinker's damn about slavery in the world today. That issue is not part of their agenda. Trashing Southern culture and moaning about a slavery in this country that has been non-existent for the last 150 years, and which they can do nothing about, is their real agenda.
How can I state this nicely? These Leftist types are not even hypocrites--they are out and out frauds! Cultural Marxist frauds! They are as phony as the Obama three dollar bill! And anyone that listens to them and is foolish enough to take them seriously is, at best, a "useful idiot" for the Marxists and for those that finance their cultural Marxism. These "useful idiots" need to wake up and smell the coffee. But then, if they did that, they wouldn't be "useful idiots" anymore, would they?
And--If you have not read in your "history" books about the Marxists and socialists who fought on the side of the Union during the War for Southern Independence you can get some basic information about them that Establishment "historians" would rather that you did not have.

Hillary's "Vision" For Amerika and "Republicans for Hillary"

Pat Buchanan had an interesting article on www.lewrockwell.com for October 12th in which he discussed the recent second presidential debate and the "moderators" (read that surrogate debaters for Hillary) failure to ask the right questions. Of course, if the truth were known, they were questions they would shy away from dealing with because they would draw attention to Hillary's One World Government mindset and that is the last thing they want to bring to the public's attention. Why is that, the naive might ask? Because they share Hillary's worldview in that area, that's why.
Pat made some cogent observations when he asked: "How could the moderators have ignored that other leak of last week, of Clinton's speech to Brazilian bankers where she confessed she 'dreams' of a hemispheric common market with open trade and open borders." He continued: "If the quote is accurate, and Clinton has not denied it, then she was saying she dreams of a future when the United States ceases to exist as a separate, sovereign and independent nation. She envisions not just a North American Union evolving out of NAFTA but a merger of all the nations, North, South and Central America, with all borders erased and people moving freely from one place to another within a hemispheric super-state." This is yet one more story the major media and the bosses that control it have deemed that the average American does not need to be aware of. So just ignore it.
All the moderators really wanted to deal with for the evening was Trump and that eleven year old tape and all other subjects were supposed to pale into insignificance. And Hillary would have been quite content to remain there also. This was supposed to be the evening that Trump was destroyed and his presidential possibilities probably handed over to one of the Council on Foreign Relations political hacks that he defeated in the primaries. Trump's bringing out for the audience four of the women that William Jefferson Clinton was accused of raping, one of which he paid a huge settlement to in order to keep it out of court, sort of put a little damper on that. But Trump's destruction was something the Republican Establishment really looked forward to because they never wanted Trump in the beginning. What they had really planned on was for one of the CFR-controlled hacks that he beat out to, somehow, be reinstated as a possible candidate again, didn't make any difference which one because they were all prepared to play the One World Government game, with the possible exception of Rand Paul. Albeit the rhetoric would have been a little different from one to the other, but the results for America would have been the same with any or all of them. But, then, I still think the initial plan was for Hillary to trounce whichever one was chosen to be the "loyal opposition."
After all the planned fuss over Trump's old tape broke, a whole bunch of gutless wonders calling themselves Republicans jumped ship and loudly asserted that for moral reasons they could not support Trump any longer--all the way from the Speaker of the House to the august (and I use the word loosely) Senator from Arizona. One thing folks, especially in the South and West need to start realizing--the Republican Party is utterly corrupt. It has been, like the Democratic Party, thoroughly co-opted by the CFR/Trilateralist cabal and those that run it are high in the echelons of the One World Government crowd. Their vision for "Amerika" is the same as Hillary's vision, and no matter how much they prattle about being "the party of small government" it is all a sham. I trust most of them about as far as I trust Bill Clinton and his presidentially-minded spouse.
The Republican Establishment never wanted Trump and they were almost to the point of choking when they had to pretend they did. They would have jumped at any possible means of scuttling Trump's candidacy so they could support Hillary (covertly of course). All I can say is that if this is the "best" the Republicans can do, who even needs the Democrats? There is no real difference between the two parties except the labels put there to confuse a slow-minded electorate.
As for that eleven year old Trump tape, the man he said all this stuff to, and who egged him on to say it, was Billy Bush. That surname ring any bells? It should. George Bush 1 is Billy's uncle and George Bush 2 and Jeb Bush are his cousins. The Bush Dynasty long ago stated up front that there was no way they could support Trump. He didn't have "New World Order" credentials.
Do you begin to see the possibility of connecting just a few dots here?
Interesting that one of the Bush Clan just happened to get this tape leaked at this critical time. Coincidence, just pure coincidence, right??? I notice that Billy has now been suspended from NBC for his part in this. Is he on the way out because his job there was done or has he been thrown under the bus after it was done?
I've said this before but it bears repeating. If most folks knew the real history of the Republican Party they would realize that its foundations are anything but conservative. To learn about the true history of the Republican Party read two books, Lincoln's Marxists, by Donnie Kennedy and myself, and To The Victor Go the Myths and Monuments by Arthur R. Thompson. These will give you a pretty good idea of the origins of the Republican Party. What goes on today is of the same caliber as what Lincoln and his friends did back in the 1860s. So please, stop looking at the Republican Party as our "national savior"--an office only Jesus Christ can fulfill.

Trump's bringing out for the audience four of the women that William Jefferson Clinton was accused of raping, one of which he paid a huge settlement to in order to keep it out of court, sort of put a little damper on that. But Trump's destruction was something the Republican Establishment really looked forward to because they never wanted Trump in the beginning. What they had really planned on was for one of the CFR-controlled hacks that he beat out to, somehow, be reinstated as a possible candidate again, didn't make any difference which one because they were all prepared to play the One World Government game, with the possible exception of Rand Paul. Albeit the rhetoric would have been a little different from one to the other, but the results for America would have been the same with any or all of them. But, then, I still think the initial plan was for Hillary to trounce whichever one was chosen to be the "loyal opposition."
After all the planned fuss over Trump's old tape broke, a whole bunch of gutless wonders calling themselves Republicans jumped ship and loudly asserted that for moral reasons they could not support Trump any longer--all the way from the Speaker of the House to the august (and I use the word loosely) Senator from Arizona. One thing folks, especially in the South and West need to start realizing--the Republican Party is utterly corrupt. It has been, like the Democratic Party, thoroughly co-opted by the CFR/Trilateralist cabal and those that run it are high in the echelons of the One World Government crowd. Their vision for "Amerika" is the same as Hillary's vision, and no matter how much they prattle about being "the party of small government" it is all a sham. I trust most of them about as far as I trust Bill Clinton and his presidentially-minded spouse.
The Republican Establishment never wanted Trump and they were almost to the point of choking when they had to pretend they did. They would have jumped at any possible means of scuttling Trump's candidacy so they could support Hillary (covertly of course). All I can say is that if this is the "best" the Republicans can do, who even needs the Democrats? There is no real difference between the two parties except the labels put there to confuse a slow-minded electorate.
As for that eleven year old Trump tape, the man he said all this stuff to, and who egged him on to say it, was Billy Bush. That surname ring any bells? It should. George Bush 1 is Billy's uncle and George Bush 2 and Jeb Bush are his cousins. The Bush Dynasty long ago stated up front that there was no way they could support Trump. He didn't have "New World Order" credentials.
Do you begin to see the possibility of connecting just a few dots here?
Interesting that one of the Bush Clan just happened to get this tape leaked at this critical time. Coincidence, just pure coincidence, right??? I notice that Billy has now been suspended from NBC for his part in this. Is he on the way out because his job there was done or has he been thrown under the bus after it was done?
I've said this before but it bears repeating. If most folks knew the real history of the Republican Party they would realize that its foundations are anything but conservative. To learn about the true history of the Republican Party read two books, Lincoln's Marxists, by Donnie Kennedy and myself, and To The Victor Go the Myths and Monuments by Arthur R. Thompson. These will give you a pretty good idea of the origins of the Republican Party. What goes on today is of the same caliber as what Lincoln and his friends did back in the 1860s. So please, stop looking at the Republican Party as our "national savior"--an office only Jesus Christ can fulfill.
The Republican Establishment will work to sell you out just as quick as Hillary will--because their loyalty to the New World Order is exactly the same as Hillary's

Our "Pre-Revolutionary" Mood

In my "huntin' and peckin' on the Internet this week I came across an interesting article on www.zerohedge.com which observed that the vast majority of Americans now believe that both political parties are so hopelessly corrupt that they are unable to change anything for the better. The article, published on 2/8/16 stated that "This, in fact, is a revolution."
The article continued: "We've previously noted that polls show that Americans are in a 'pre-revolutionary' mood, that less than 1 in 5 Americans think that the government has the 'consent of the governed,' that government corruption tops the list of American fears (gee, we wonder why), and that 3 times as many Americans supported King George during the Revolutionary War than support our OWN Congress today." That statement, in itself, speaks volumes as to where the country is as I write this. As for King George looking better than Congress today--why not. At present Congress is busy stiffing the American public who pays their fat salaries and thanks to groups like the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission the Republican and Democratic parties are in bed with each other committing political fornication.
Republican and Democratic pollsters as well as independent political strategists have been reviewing polling date recently and they came up with some interesting results.
The zerohedge articled noted: "84% of all Americans believe political leaders are more interested in protecting their power and privilege than doing what is right. 81% believe the power of ordinary people to control our country is getting weaker every day as politicians of both parties fight to protect their own power and privilege...78% believe that the Democratic and Republican Parties are essentially useless in changing anything because both political parties are too beholden to special interests to create any meaningful change...74% see the biased and slanted coverage of the media as part of the problem...70% believe the government in Washington does not govern with the consent of the people...They concluded: The country is in a pre-revolutionary moment. This election could mark the beginning of the end two-party duopoly in the United States." This is not the entire list by any means. There was more but I cannot reproduce all of it here. I am not sure most folks totally grasp the truth that their government and both political parties, the media, many universities and other organizations, including some church denominations have all been infiltrated by the minions of One World Government. I would encourage folks to get on the Internet and check out the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission. Check out their origins, who is part and parcel of them, what connections they have to the United Nations. In that regard, check out Alger Hiss who was part of Roosevelt's State Department as well as a Communist Party member, all of which bothered Roosevelt not one little bit. There is a wealth of information out there IF you are willing to make the effort to check it out. It will begin to show you why we are in the mess we are in. There is an old book out there (old being 1962) by Dan Smoot called The Invisible Government. I believe it's on the Internet. Check it out. If it's on there you can read it for free, along with Gary Allen's book None Dare Call It Conspiracy which is also on the Internet.
These books will give you insight into why neither political party will ever do anything to change the status quo. The American public is finally beginning to wake up, stretch and yawn, and wonder why they are being taken by those they elect to office to represent them and which don't, but rather represent those in favor of One World Government, which means, for Americans, the destruction of their God-given liberty. If we are not willing, or just too lazy, to defend and protect what God has given us then we deserve to lose it. And because we've been too lazy up to now all this has been happening. Maybe the "pre-revolutionary moment" we are experiencing right now is by the grace of God, giving us yet one more chance to repent of our national as well as our personal sins and seeking His guidance as to how we turn this situation around. And make no mistake, we will NOT do it in our own strength, but only with His help and guidance.
I know today many Christians will tell you because the Lord is in control just sit back and don't worry about it. Respectfully, I disagree with the part about sitting back and not worrying. The Lord is in control and quite probably He wants to exercise some of that control using us to do it. But if we won't have any of that, then He will find someone else to do it and we may not like the results.

Is the Next Presidential Election Nothing More Than a Fixed Political Horse Race?

Just read an article on Newsmax.com today telling about how a Zogby Poll shows that the voters think Donald Trump would do a better job as president than would Hillary Clinton, otherwise referred to as "Hillary the un-indicted." Lots of polls have shown Trump in the lead as of late and I have to admit that he is saying lots of things many of us agree with, not all, but many. He is an excellent barometer to reflect how much of the American public has come to feel, accurately so, that the Ruling Elite is stiffing us today. And the Ruling Elite--the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderberg Group realize how dissatisfied the public has become with what passes for real government in our day.
Only problem is, "those people" have spent lots of money and literally generations of time diligently getting us into the sorry shape we are now in and they are not about to let someone like Trump, if he really is a lone wolf, win an election that will set their timetable back. Ron Paul would have sought to do that back in 2012 and they made sure that didn't happen. If Trump is really on the level they will do the same thing on this go-round. They can't afford to let him get in there and gum up the agenda they and their fathers and grandfathers have worked so diligently to put in place.
Back on April 14, 2015 I did an article on my other blog spot http://revisedhistory.wordpress.com which I entitled Has the Next President Already Been Chosen--and is the election just going through the motions? I noted in that article that radio talk show host Michael Savage had stated that: "The Bilderbergs met in Davos, and the decision was made that Hillary Clinton will be the next president. Romney was doing too well in the polls, so they threw him out. They want to make sure that another Bush--or an incompetent moron like Rubio--will be chosen to lead the Republicans, to ensure that Hillary becomes president." My April 14, 2015 article must have struck a responsive chord somewhere, because a year and eight months after I wrote it, it is still getting a bunch of views every week, many more than some of the other articles that have come and gone since then.
What brought all this to mind again was an article I just read on www.infowars.com on January 26th for this year. The headline for this one was: Insider: It Doesn't Matter About Trump, 'Hillary Will Win.'
The article began with this: "Highly influential CEO Martin Sorrell suggests that the outcome of the 2016 presidential election has already been decided, remarking, 'It doesn't matter who the Republicans put up..Hillary will win'." Infowars noted that: "Sorrell's comments are in line with similar sentiments expressed by globalists at the recent Davos confab...According to a Reuters report, financial elitists are 'alarmed' at the prospect of Trump being the Republican nominee, although they still expect his campaign to falter. Harvard University's Niall Ferguson told Reuters that Trump's chances 'could be over before Super Tuesday'." Now how would he know something like that? Some little bird been chirping in his ear?
Author and columnist Ann Coulter, in a column on January 20th wrote that: "We never had total war against a candidate like we're seeing with Donald Trump. All the elements of national media are uniting to stop him. Look for a fake Trump scandal to break--probably from a conservative news outlet--right before the Iowa caucus."
As a candidate, I hadn't thought all that much about Trump one way or the other. I had figured he was just part of the Establishment's stable of candidates like all the rest. Maybe inserted in there to give the primaries a little pzazz, to possibly enthrall a voting public that's getting a little tired of all this and that is finally beginning to realize that, no matter who wins, they lose! However, he has stuck in there longer than I thought he would, and the fact that everybody, both socialists (Democrats) and conservatives seem to hate his guts, including the "news" media, both socialist and conservative, does make one wonder. If he's really genuine (I love his stands on illegal aliens and Middle-Eastern terrorists and the Second Amendment) what does that say about the moral bankruptcy of what we mistakenly refer to as the "conservative" movement in this country? What it says is that, in reality the same people control the "conservatives" that control the socialists--the CFR, the Trilateralists, and Bilderbergers. No matter what party label they wear they all work for the same bosses!
The main point to this is that, in my opinion, many of our elections are a sham, a game played to fool the public so they will not realize that the Ruling Elite in Washington, New York and London is screwing them and that the elitist One World Government agenda will go forward no matter who gets into the White House. The presidential elections are a farce anymore and the people taking part in these "debates" ought to get Oscars--oh, sorry, I forget, the Oscars are too "white" anymore. Maybe we should start handing out "Barack Obama Diversity Awards" instead. That might appease the perpetually offended--for awhile.
I would encourage people to start doing a bit of homework on some of these candidates. You can find enough on the Internet if you "hunt and peck" around a little to make you shudder at where they are really coming from. You might just find enough to cause you to question if a vote for president is really even worth the effort.

Establishment Republicans Really Want To Keep Boehner

There is supposedly a big fuss going on now in Congress as to who the next speaker of the House is going to be. Lots of truly conservative Republicans, some in Congress and many not, are really tired of the lackluster leadership John Boehner has given the House since 2010. Boehner has made a career of talking tough to Comrade Obama and then, when something comes to a vote, caving in and giving our current Commissar (president) just about everything he wanted. So Boehner's tough talk is really nothing more than a charade to fool people into thinking he will oppose Obama when what he's really there for is to lead the House into caving in to Obama's agenda while making it appear that he's not doing that.
Let's don't kid ourselves. Having the Republicans in control of Congress means absolutely nothing. The conservative rhetoric gets all toned up in order to hide the socialist votes that will come down the pike once Obama passes along his marching orders to his loyal "opposition" in Congress.
The Republican establishment (no different than the Democratic establishment) wants it that way and so you can look for them to try to quell the opposition to Boehner when it comes time to vote for the next House speaker. They want Boehner to continue as speaker because they realize he will play the game and go along with Obama's socialist agenda--and that's really what they want--because Obama's socialist agenda is almost identical to their socialist agenda. The history of the Republican Party definitely displays that real conservatism is the absolute last thing they want and they have become quite adept at making it look like that's what they want when many of them are little more than closet socialists.
If the opposition to Boehner becomes so strong that they are forced to yield and come up with another nominee then you can bet it will be another establishment toady that will do what they want. They are not about to let a genuine conservative capture the speaker's chair and work to move a conservative agenda along. The Republican establishment does not want that and they will try to move Heaven and earth to avoid it.
Remember, the same people (CFR/Trilateral Commission) control both parties and so you end up with their agenda either way. The last thing the Republican establishment wants is any real resurgence of genuine patriotism or conservatism. They didn't want that in 1856 or 1860 and they don't want it now. The Republican Party has continued its long trend of seeking to curry favor on the left, a position it is really comfortable with, at least at the leadership levels. The vote to either re-install or de-instal John Boehner as Speaker of the House for another term was taken today and Obama's favorite member of the loyal "opposition" John Boehner was re-installed as House Speaker by a vote of 216 to--whatever it was. A couple of principled opponents ran against him but it was a foregone conclusion that Boehner was a shoo-in, as most of the RINOs present voted for him, with only a mere handful having the intestinal fortitude to vote for someone else.
So we can again look forward to "Cave-in-Johnny" talking a good fight against Obama's agenda while looking for ways to cave in to it without seeming to do so. How little really changes in Sodom on the Potomac. It would be downright discouraging if we couldn't hold onto the truth that the Lord surely is in control of it all and that He will not permit those people in Washington to do anymore than His agenda for them allows. A good prayer for those people would be: Lord, please restrain the evil they try to do and make them to realize that they are and always will be accountable to You for what they do, and may this knowledge hinder their efforts at harm for this people.
